How do I calculate the exact shipping cost?

We do not charge any hidden fees. To provide an accurate quote, we need the following basic information: the invoice (cost of goods), exact weight and dimensions, and the route. After analyzing this information, we set a final rate that already includes all logistics costs. The price will not change during delivery.

How can I track my shipment while it's in transit?

Each client is assigned a dedicated account manager who is always available. You will receive regular updates on the status of your shipment at every key stage: from loading at the factory through customs clearance to arrival in Ukraine.

What happens in the event of force majeure or damage to the goods?

Your peace of mind is our top priority. All cargo we transport is fully insured. We assume full financial responsibility for the safety of your goods from the moment they are received at our transit warehouse until they are finally delivered to you.

Do you offer turnkey (door-to-door) delivery services?

Yes, this is our standard operating procedure. You minimize your involvement in the day-to-day operations: simply provide us with the supplier’s contact information, and we’ll handle the rest—pick up the goods, prepare all export documents, arrange the most efficient transportation, clear customs in Ukraine, and deliver the shipment to your warehouse.

What is the minimum shipment size you handle?

We have solutions for every type of business. We deliver both small commercial shipments (consolidated cargo ranging from 10–30 kg or 1 m³, depending on the mode of transport) and arrange regular shipments via full sea containers (FCL) or full truckloads (FTL) for large importers.

Who handles the preparation of customs documents?

We handle all the bureaucratic paperwork for you. Our in-house customs brokers accurately select the appropriate HS codes, prepare transit and import declarations, and assist with obtaining the necessary certificates to ensure your cargo crosses the border legally and without delays.
