What is the minimum weight for air shipment?
The minimum weight for air freight services is 30 kg. This is the optimal weight that makes the rate cost-effective for your business and fully justifies the logistics costs.
How is weight calculated: actual or volumetric?
In air freight, the cost is calculated based on the higher of the two factors. If the cargo is heavy but compact (e.g., metal parts), we calculate the cost based on the actual weight as measured on a scale. If the cargo is light but bulky (e.g., outerwear), we calculate the volumetric weight using the airline’s international formula.
What information is needed to accurately calculate the cost?
We don’t estimate costs by eye. To provide you with a final price with no hidden fees, please send us the exact product name and brand, the invoice value, the total weight (net/gross), the volume, and the number of units. We’ll use this information to determine the rate.
What items are prohibited from being transported by air?
For safety reasons, it is strictly prohibited to transport: flammable liquids, batteries, and power banks (without special packaging and certificates), explosive substances, and strong magnets. Submit a request, and our manager will quickly review your items.
Are there any additional charges after the price is locked in?
