What is the minimum weight and the redemption fee?
We handle shipments starting at 1 kg. Our commission for full-service support starts at 2% of the goods’ value. The final percentage depends on the complexity of the negotiations, the shipment size, and the number of different suppliers in a single order.
What happens if a Chinese supplier sends defective goods?
This is the main reason why customers choose us. We identify any defects before the goods even leave the country of origin. During the inspection at our warehouse, we check the quality. If something is wrong, we open a dispute on our own, return the goods to the seller, and demand a replacement or a refund.
On which platforms do you process buybacks?
We work with all major domestic and international platforms: Alibaba, Taobao, 1688, Poizon, Tmall, and so on. We also negotiate directly with factories outside of marketplaces (via WeChat or email).
How do I pay for the services?
Payment is divided into two secure steps. First, you pay for the cost of the goods and our commission for the purchase (so that we can transfer the funds to the factory). You pay for the logistics (shipping) and customs services upon the shipment’s arrival in Ukraine.

Supplier verification in China
Before any payment we verify: platform tenure and activity, verification status (Gold Supplier/Verified Supplier), rating and review content (looking for quality or delivery complaints), trade volumes and average transaction size, ISO quality certificates and compliance documentation.
For large orders or new suppliers: registration verification in Chinese government registries, physical factory audit, sample ordering and testing before the main order is placed.
Pre-shipment quality inspection
Even a verified supplier may deviate from the approved sample during large-batch production. Our inspector visits the supplier’s warehouse or factory and checks: quantity matches the order, goods correspond to approved sample or specification, packaging quality and labelling compliance, defect rate and defect type, actual weight and dimensions, presence and accuracy of required documents (certificates, declarations of conformity). You receive a detailed report with photos and video. If discrepancies are found, you decide before shipment: require rectification and re-inspection, request batch rework at supplier’s cost, or reject the batch.
